Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
About these terms
These are the terms for using Provio, a reputation-analysis tool for businesses. By creating an account or using Provio, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Provio helps businesses understand their online reputation. You provide your business name and Google Place ID; we import your Google and TripAdvisor reviews via a bulk import (not automatic real-time syncing), calculate a reputation score, and generate AI-powered insights and draft reply suggestions.
Provio is provided “as is”. We're a small, evolving product — features may change, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Provio only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Attempt to access another business's data or account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service to publish anything defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
Review data and third-party platforms
Review data shown in Provio is imported from Google and TripAdvisor exports. Provio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or TripAdvisor, and importing review data doesn't grant you any rights over those platforms themselves. It's your responsibility to only import review data you're entitled to use for your own business.
AI-generated content
Provio uses AI to generate insights and draft review replies. These are suggestions, not guaranteed accurate — the AI can misread tone, get details wrong, or draft something that doesn't fit your voice. You're responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything before you post it publicly. Provio doesn't publish replies on your behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Termination
You can stop using Provio and close your account at any time — contact us at palasi.makahununiu1@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Provio is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your reputation score, AI insights, or drafted replies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that can't legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Provio changes. We'll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do.
